CONFERENCE NEWS

Hi PPWC Enthusiasts!

Hold on to your hats, I’ve got a lot of exclamation points coming your way! We are well into planning […]

FAQ

Yes, we are working hard to build a fantastic conference that offers both in-person and virtual options. At this time, there is no plan to offer a virtual-only conference.

Yes, in-person attendees will also have access to the virtual option.

Registration for in-person and virtual conference begins November 1.

We are working hard to provide a stellar virtual option and the details for our virtual offerings will be available soon.

In the unfortunate and unexpected event COVID cancels our in-person conference due to federal, state, or local pandemic/health regulations, we will offer refunds and/or rollover to the next year. PPWC retains the right to offer an all-virtual conference. If we do decide we can transition to an all-virtual conference, we will make appropriate refunds of the difference in cost between virtual and in-person.

We are committed to a safe environment for all our attendees. Our mitigation factors include distanced seating in workshops and meals, masks and hand sanitizer in swag bags, and we’re asking unvaccinated attendees to please wear masks in accordance with local and Doubletree guidelines.
